What we collect

The name, email, company or school, service, start date and project details you give in the enquiry form, and anything you include when you email us directly.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up on projects you ask us to do. We don’t sell your details or use them for marketing.

Sending and storage

The enquiry form is forwarded to our inbox by Formspree, and your details are kept in our email account. Formspree’s servers are in the United States, so your details may be processed outside Hong Kong and the UK.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted once we no longer need them. Project records are kept only as long as accounting and legal rules require.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no cookies and no tracking or analytics tools. It only remembers your language choice inside your own browser, and that setting is never sent to us. The site’s fonts come from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to load them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@costory.me. UK residents can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); Hong Kong residents can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data.
